This is a French independent fan project, produced this as a labor of love for the Francophone community and released onto YouTube and specialized fan archives. It represents the only way that French speakers can experience these works in an audio format, as there are no official professional recordings.

Locus is known for a very steady, clear, and “scholarly” French delivery. This follows the structure of the French book of the same name (specifically the 2003 Christian Bourgois edition). Locus provided the first human unabridged performance of the full On Fairy-Stories essay in French.
