Torben Sekov, born 1946 in Copenhagen, is a Danish actor, audiobook narrator and cartoon dubber. He has also recorded more than 600 audiobooks, including The Hobbit, Húrins Børn (The Children of Hurin), Ringenes Herre (The Lord of the Rings), Silmarillion, Efterladte Historier (Unfinished Tales) as well as Stieg Larsson’s Millennium trilogy and most of the books by author Dennis Jürgensen.

Torben Sekov and Andy Serkis are the only two known official narrators who have done the “hat-trick” of The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings and The Silmarillion.
