Gert Heidenreich, born in 1944 in Eberswalde, lives near Munich as a freelance writer and speaker. His work includes novels, plays, essays, and volumes of poetry, as well as translations of English and American dramas. He has narrated numerous Tolkien publications including Die zwei Türme (The Two Towers), Die Rückkehr des Königs (The Return of the King), Der Hobbit (The Hobbit), Nachrichten aus Mittelerde (Unfinished Tales), Der Fall von Gondolin (The Fall of Gondolin), Die Kinder Húrins (The Children of Húrin) and Beren und Lúthien.

Timmo Niesner, born in 1971, had his breakthrough at the age of 12 in the television series “Ich heirate eine Familie” (I’m Marrying a Family). Further television roles followed in “Ein Fall für Zwei” (A Case for Two), “Frauenarzt Dr. Markus Merthin” (Gynecologist Dr. Markus Merthin), and others. He has also worked extensively as a voice actor. His best-known works include roles in ET: The Extra-Terrestrial, Danish Girl, The Theory of Everything, The Lord of the Rings, Star Trek, Star Trek Into Darkness, and Star Trek Beyond.

Johannes Steck, born in 1966, is a prolific screen actor, voice artist, advertising voice artist and dubbing actor. He is the recipient of numerous awards for his artistic work, winning the “Hörkules”  prize for most popular narrator of the year.
